IntroductionI am a philosopher working on ethics and the philosophy of action. I also conduct empirical research on work and organizations, using qualitative research methods. My work has been published in outlets including Mind, Philosophy & Public Affairs, Political Philosophy, and the Philosophical Quarterly.
I am a Senior Lecturer at Kyoto University, the Intesa Sanpaolo Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, a Research Fellow at the Kyoto Institute of Philosophy, and an Academic Fellow at Middle Temple in London. I have a PhD in Ethics and Legal Studies from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (2023) and a BA in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford (2016).
